Rooms were clean and the location is great. Right down town. The scene in the lobby is classically "W" and fun if that is what you are looking for. For the location. Its great. A few blocks from all the major business, pike place, restaurants and attractions. Its safe enough but be careful (in most down town areas) late at night. Really lovely place to stay and will be back there soon for sure. Thanks for the visit and thanks to the wonderful staff here.

An amazing, beautiful hotel, but the hospitality is really where this W shines. Thanks to Dru and Ian, this experience was one for the books. They went completely above and beyond, and totally made our trip to the area! Would not have been the same without them.

Spent one night here while in town for a Mariner's game. Great location for a nice walk to/from the game. Room was great. Only complaint is the espresso machine in the room instead of a coffee maker -- very European, but not very practical. Drew, at the front desk, was great! Friendly, helpful, and even remembered our names! We would stay here again.

This was my first time staying at a W hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. I received a $14 room credit, a complimentary espresso voucher, and two free Ferris wheel tickets that are valid for a year. The staff was consistently helpful and pleasant, which made the stay even better.

My partner and I had the best experience while staying at the W Seattle. The location was close and walking distance to where we wanted to go and the room was clean and exceeded our standards. We were greeted warmly at the front desk by Tanya (forgive me if I spelled her name wrong) and told her we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. She was kind enough to upgrade our room and even threw in a little treat for us. She truly made his birthday even more special. She is definitely someone that is a huge asset to your team! Thank you again!!

Stayed here for a couple of nights for my husband’s bday and it was a highlight of the trip. If you’re a platinum elite member you will get so many benefits. They upgraded our room to a suite and we walked in to a bottle of champagne, a card signed by all the staff, 2 free tickets to the Ferris wheel and a disposable camera. The views were amazing and we were credited $14 a night to spend at the hotel. This W location really exceeded my expectations and I will be coming back on my next trip to Seattle. Also, the beds were incredibly comfortable

While I had some issues with the TV in my room not working the first day, the team got it fixed the next morning for me. The standout at this hotel is the staff. I came originally for the VIP Nightlife Halloween party, and then ended up staying an extra night. No joke best staff at any hotel I've ever stayed at, and I'vestayed at quite a few coast to coast. From the Valets to Front desk personnel, all the way too the bar staff and house cleaners, all attentive and personable and super awesome. One gentleman at the front desk, younger gentleman wearing a black leather jacket was the reason I will be returning in the future, while I may have forgotten his name... he made this trip outstanding. This venue is worth staying at time and time again... could use a little updating on the DJ choices at night though. This place is stellar... oh and the coffee in the café downstairs... to die for!

I’m staying at the W hotel in Seattle & was here for my friends birthday. I’ve had amazing service during my stay. I spoke with a woman named Angela who was working the from desk. Me & my friends had called pretty late in search for some champagne & Angela sent us a complementary bottle. She was beyond a sweetheart. I really enjoy this hotel & would absolutely come back

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Whitney Brown, General manager at the W Seattle. I was Fortunate enough to stay on Valentine’s Day, I received special accommodations for an issue that I experienced on a previous stay. I tried to resolve the issue a few times prior to Whitney getting involved. When I tell you from the moment that she took the issue on, she was attentive, diligent, apologetic. The issue was more so on a 3rd party in connection to the W hotel. Whitney took the issue head on, and prioritized finding a resolution. She communicated beautifully throughout the entire process. I’ve never experienced such exceptional customer service and care. She provided me with beautiful accommodations as compensation, And she even added a special Valentine’s Day gift. Thank you so much, Whitney!! 🤍
